Valicia Davis is the founder of V Solutions HR LLC and a credentialed Human Resources professional with more than nine years of hands-on HR practice. She holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI and an MBA with a focus on leadership and business strategy.
Across her career, Valicia has supported organizations through the full HR lifecycle — building compliant employee handbooks, leading workplace investigations, coaching managers through difficult employee relations matters, and designing documentation practices that hold up under scrutiny.
She founded V Solutions HR LLC to bring that same depth of HR expertise to small and growing businesses — the companies that often need strategic HR most, but rarely have the budget for a full in-house department.
